Post-doc researcher

David is a bioanthropologist with a special research interest on the effect of heat on the skeleton. In particular, his work aims to better understand heat-induced changes as a stepping stone to improve bioanthropological techniques regarding the examination of burned skeletal remains. He is the coordinator of the HOT project which is focusing on the compilation of experimentally burned skeletons within the CEI/XXI collection and on research being already carried out on them.
